Setup
Can you build the site for us?
Yes. The setup packages cover configuration, branding, checkout flow checks, launch handoff and operator training.
Do I own the PrizePilot software after setup?
No. Setup packages cover configuration and launch support. They do not include ownership of the PrizePilot private app/platform, source code, trademarks, hosted tools, private templates, automations, or future platform features unless separately agreed in writing.
Is PrizePilot a mature hosted SaaS?
Not yet. The current commercial offer is setup packages, support and a focused competition app/plugin stack. Hosted product features are future-facing.
Plugin
What does the WordPress plugin do?
Competition Entries for WooCommerce provides number boards, simple entries, skill questions, CSV export and manual winner tools for WooCommerce-backed sites.
When should we use setup help instead?
Use setup help when launch quality, styling, checkout testing and operator handoff matter more than configuring the plugin yourself.
Is the WordPress plugin different?
Yes. Competition Entries for WooCommerce is the self-serve WordPress plugin path and is governed by its plugin licence/terms. Done-for-you setup, hosted tools, private app features, custom templates, support, and custom development are separate services.
Payments / WooCommerce
Do you handle payment provider approval?
No. We provide payment setup support and checkout-flow checks. Payment provider approval and account rules remain the site owner's responsibility.
Does the plugin replace WooCommerce checkout?
No. WooCommerce remains the checkout, order and payment layer. The plugin provides competition entry selection, assignment and winner tooling.
Compliance-safe notes
What do I own?
Your own business content, branding inputs, product/prize details, campaign information, customer/order data, and site content remain yours. PrizePilot software, private templates, platform features, support systems, automations, and source code remain separate unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Is payment approval or legal compliance guaranteed?
No. PrizePilot provides competition workflow tools and setup support. Site owners are responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and payment provider requirements. Payment setup support does not guarantee payment provider approval.

Can we get help after launch?
Yes. Monthly support can cover updates, small fixes, campaign changes, checks and operator questions.
